Metal Machining
We conventionally machine rotary parts up to a diameter of 1000 mm and up to a length of 5000 mm. We also do CNC machining of rotary parts up to a diameter of 500 mm and 2000 mm of length. Three and five axis CNC milling and drilling of parts weighing up to 25 tons using cutters, horizontal boring machines and a portal machining center. We also do surface or cylindrical grinding of parts.
- We mill machine parts weighing up to 25 tons
- 3D, 5D shape (form) machining, based on production documentation or a model of the part
- Production of exact tooling parts, including heat treatment, final precision grinding down to 0.01 mm
- We machine shaped, quenched rotary parts (HRC 60) with an accuracy of 0.01 mm.
