The Brewery’s technology features a 2-vessel kettle room, with a volume of 10 hl, with a separate whirlpool and an automatic control system, including pneumatic valve control. Other brewery equipment: 3x fermentation tank with a duplicator with a volume of 20 hl, 15x horizontal lager tank with a volume of 20 hl.
